Court of Auditors

The Court of Auditors publishes objective reports and opinions for European citizens in all the official EU languages. The Court produces annual reports about the implementation of the European Union budget for each financial year, and on the activities funded by the European Development Funds (EDFs). The Court of Auditors must be consulted for its opinion prior to the adoption of legislation with a financial impact, including combating fraud.
